Each candle is poured in small batches using high-quality Coco/Soy Wax, Premium Fragrances, and Vessels chosen for both beauty and performance.

Minimum Order Requirement

To ensure consistency and craftsmanship, the minimum wholesale order quantity is 25 candles. The Minimum order quantity for Wax Melts is 50 Wax Melt Bars. You can mix-and-match up to 4 scents to achieve the MOQ. If you're ordering BOTH item types, a custom MOQ will be negotiated.

Choose from an assortment of elegant glass vessels, metal tins and other materials with different finishes. Custom-sourced vessels may be available upon request. We will always try to bring your ideas into being.

Branding & Label Design

Your order can feature your own branding, or we can create a refined label design that aligns with your aesthetic. Just explain what you need and we will collaborate with you to create it.

The Ordering Process

1. Submit Your Inquiry

Please reach out via our contact form or through email. Be sure to include:

• Desired quantity
• Preferred scent(s)
• Vessel style
• Branding or label requirements
• Delivery timeline

2. Receive your Customized Proposal

You’ll then receive a detailed quote tailored to your selections, along with estimated production and delivery timelines. If we feel that we cannot accommodate your needed timeline we will let you know.

3. Deposit & Confirmation

Once an agreement is reached and we decide to move forward, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your production slot and for us to begin sourcing materials.

4. Production Begins

After deposit is paid, your candles/melts are carefully made to order, poured with precision, cured properly, and prepared for shipping or pickup.

5. Final Invoice & Delivery

Once your wholesale order is complete, you’ll receive the final invoice for the remaining 50% balance. Your order is then shipped out with insurance or pickup is arranged.

Turnaround Time

Standard production time is 3-5 weeks, depending on order size and customization requirements. We usually complete wholesale orders BEFORE this timeframe but we like to give ourselves ample time for the creative process. Rush order accommodations may be available upon request for an added fee.
